He has previously held board and leadership positions with the Society of Financial Service Professionals, Kenosha County Civil Service Commission, Women and Children’s Horizons, the Kenosha Historical Society, and was the Past Chairman of the State of Wisconsin Elections Board.
Carl earned a Juris Doctor from the University of Wisconsin School of Law, graduating cum laude. While attending the University of Wisconsin School of Law, he served as an Editor of the Wisconsin Law Review. He earned a Master of Science in Taxation from the University of Wisconsin–Milwaukee. He also earned a Master’s Degree in History from Marquette University.
He and his wife reside in Somers. His interests include: trekking, travel, rugby, history, land conservation, and reading.
