
A native of Wisconsin, Mr. Paul B. Wokwicz is the Lead Attorney and Owner of Wokwicz Law Offices, LLC. A highly accomplished estate planning attorney, Paul is well respected in the legal community, regularly receiving repeat referrals from other attorneys and financial planners for difficult wills, trusts, and other estate planning and real estate needs.
Now leading the law firm that his father started in 1958, Paul B. Wokwicz graduated from Marquette University in 1991. He earned his J.D. from the University of Wisconsin School of Law, Madison, before earning an LL.M. Taxation (Graduate Tax Law Degree, with specialized course work on estate taxation and trusts, Wills and probate estates) with honors from the John Marshall Law School. Moreover, Paul holds a certificate from John Marshall Law School for Estate and Financial Planning. Paul was admitted to the State Bar of Wisconsin and the U.S. District Court Eastern District of Wisconsin, in 1994.
Paul has created and administered well in excess of a thousand estate plans, including probate matters, avoiding probate through the use of probate avoidance techniques and trusts. He has years of experience drafting and executing complex wills, trusts, prenuptial agreements, and powers of attorney. He is the former president and current board member of Old Elm Executive Condo Association, an association of professionals in the Old Elm Business Park (in Kenosha) and is a former Board Member of the Safe Harbor Humane Society (f/k/a Kenosha County Humane Society). He lives in Pleasant Prairie, Wisconsin, with his wife and daughter.
