A native of Wisconsin, Mr. Paul B. Wokwicz is the Lead Attorney and Owner of Wokwicz Law Offices, LLC. Now leading the law firm that his father started in 1958, Paul B. Wokwicz graduated from Marquette University in 1991. He earned his J.D. from the University of Wisconsin School of Law, Madison, before earning an LL.M. Taxation (Graduate Tax Law Degree, with specialized course work on estate taxation and trusts, Wills and probate estates) with honors from the John Marshall Law School. Moreover, Paul holds a certificate from John Marshall Law School for Estate and Financial Planning. Paul was admitted to the State Bar of Wisconsin and the U.S. District Court Eastern District of Wisconsin, in 1994.
Paul has created and administered well in excess of a thousand estate plans, including probate matters, avoiding probate through the use of probate avoidance techniques and trusts. He lives in Pleasant Prairie, Wisconsin, with his wife and daughter.
